Spicy Carrot Salad

Ingredients

  • 6-7 big carrots
  • 3 crushed garlic teeth
  • 1/2 spicy green pepper
  • 5 spoons of fresh lemon Juice
  • 3 spoons of good olive oil
  • 3 spoons of chopped coriander.
  • 1/2 teas spoon of curcuma
  • 1/2 tea spoon of grained camun
  • slot & black pepper for your taste

Directions

Clean the carrots zest
Cut each carrot to 3-4 pieces
Cut each peace to half, and each Half to 2-3 long pieces. (See how it looks in the picture)

Cook the carrot pieces with 2 table spoons of slot in boiling water for 15 minutes.

After cooking take the carrots out of water and let them cool.

Mix together: olive oil, coriander, lemon juice, crushed garlic, chopped pepper, with the cooked carrots.
Add the spices: curcum, camun, solt & pepper.

Taste and add more spices if you want.
